Insulation: Usually adopts insulating material like soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) or high density polyethylene (HDPE), with low dielectric constant, better high-frequency performance, better bending performance and better high temperature resistance

Outer conductor 1: Usually get copper foil or aluminum foil longitudinally wrapped on the insulation to improve the shielding efficiency and reduce the loss of signal transmission.

Outer conductor 2: Silver plated copper wire or tin plated copper for braiding, featured with good flexibility, conveninece in processing, high temperature resistance to meet the crimping and soldering requirement in connector installation.

Jacket: Usually adopts soluble polytetrafluonethylene (PFA), polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) or polyethylene (PE), with high temperature resistance, friction resistance, aging resistance, salt spray resistance, good flexibility, good bending resistance and other characteristics, especially suitable for installation in small and complex space.
